Shipping Costs
All retail orders over $100.00 and wholesale orders over $500.00 qualify for free shipping.

Product Availability
"In stock" items are shipped within 24 hours, in most cases even on the same day (see cutoff time below). Our of stock items will ship upon arrival (1-3 weeks). If your order includes in stock and out of stock items, in stock items will ship first unless the items in stock are below the free shipping minimum amount, if in doubt, contact us by clicking on the "Help" link on the bottom left hand corner of the screen.

Shipping Cutoff Times
All orders received are shipped as soon as humanly possible. However, we have cut off times simply because our carriers pick up a different times throughout the day:

Orders shipped via USPS will ship on the same day Monday through Friday as long as the order is received by 11:00 AM Eastern Time. Orders shipped by UPS will ship on the same day Monday through Friday as long as received by 2:30 PM Eastern Time. Once again, these cut off times are in place because of the time of the day these carriers show up at our warehouse to pick up the orders. If you are a dealer and your order is rather large, please allow an extra day or two for processing. All smaller orders will ship the same day as long as received by the cutoff time.
