Returns and Exchanges

If you have an issue with a product purchased from Theta USA, you can return the product to us for a full refund within 15 days of the date of purchase. The product must be in brand new, unopened condition. Used products do not qualify for a refund, however, under certain circumstances we can offer in-store credit and a restocking fee may apply.

Before sending a product back to us, please obtain an RMA number from our support team. You MUST include the RMA number in the package for proper identification.

If you are returning a product you must incur the shipping expense to us, the exception to this would be if we sent you the incorrect item in which case we will send you a shipping label via email.
